Deep Blue Sea Martini
2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Sour mix (see recipe below)
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
To make the sour mix, add 3 oz. of water, 3 oz. of sugar, 2 oz. of lemon juice and 2 oz. of lime juice to a pot. Simmer on the stove top until the sugar is dissolved and allow to cool. Store the unused portion in the refrigerator.
